Senior AI Quality Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan, define, and execute strategies for functional and automated testing.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts, ensuring quality, scalability, and stability of test suites.

• Create and maintain API automations using Postman and/or Bruno.

• Develop End-to-End (E2E) automations utilizing Cypress.

• Validate API contracts, payloads, and system integrations.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the entire development cycle.

• Leverage AI tools (such as Claude Code or similar) for generating test scenarios, accelerating automation, and assisting in the construction of validation agents.

• Contribute to the evolution of the quality strategy by proposing continuous improvements in processes and test coverage.

• Ensure the quality of solutions that involve integration between corporate systems, event-driven architecture, and specialized AI agents.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience as a Senior QA in software development projects.

• Proficiency in test automation using Cypress.

• Hands-on experience with API automation using Postman and/or Bruno.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, including Boards, Pipelines, and integrating tests into the build and release process.

• Knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript for automation development.

• Ability to autonomously define testing strategies.

• Experience in functional, integration, regression, and API testing.

• Experience using AI tools (Claude Code or similar) as part of the workflow for generating scenarios, creating and maintaining automations, and enhancing productivity.

• Experience with ERP and Procurement platforms, such as SAP, Coupa, Linkana, or Atlas.

• Familiarity with event-driven architectures.

• Experience validating AI-based solutions, including OCR, natural language interpretation, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), semantic search, compliance validation, and comparison of unstructured documents.

• Experience in creating or prototyping AI agents to support software quality.

• Strong communication skills, analytical mindset, and a quality-focused approach to business.
