Senior AI Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify and develop AI product opportunities through stakeholder engagement, workflow assessment, value estimation, feasibility analysis, and risk evaluation.

• Take ownership of one-pagers, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, launch criteria, and KPIs for AI solutions.

• Collaborate with the Head of AI to prioritize tasks based on business value, user impact, strategic alignment, feasibility, risk, compliance, and available capacity.

• Maintain and communicate the roadmap or backlog for designated AI features, workflows, products, or product areas.

• Make timely product decisions during implementation, addressing scope, requirements, trade-offs, and alignment with outcomes.

• Validate completed solutions against product requirements, acceptance criteria, user needs, and success measures.

• Support UAT, workflow validation, pilot planning, launch readiness, and the collection of post-launch feedback.

• Foster adoption through stakeholder communication, rollout planning, training, user guidance, change management, and support workflows.

• Oversee post-launch KPI monitoring, user feedback analysis, bug/enhancement intake, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Compliance, Security, Legal, Clinical, and Operations to ensure AI solutions are responsible, secure, compliant, auditable, and trustworthy.

• Maintain product documentation, including requirements, roadmap materials, decision logs, launch plans, KPI definitions, stakeholder updates, and performance summaries.

• Report to the Head of AI Product & Engineering and work alongside the Director of AI Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong familiarity with contemporary AI/ML or LLM concepts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or Data Science; equivalent practical experience may be considered.

• Over 4 years of product management experience across the entire development lifecycle with ownership responsibility.

• Proven ability to convert ambiguous business challenges into precise product requirements, priorities, success metrics, and execution plans.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills across business, technology, operations, clinical, compliance, and executive stakeholders.

• Strong data and analytical skills, including defining KPIs, interpreting data, assessing product performance, and making evidence-based prioritization decisions.

• Comfortable collaborating with engineering and security teams on feasibility, architectural trade-offs, data dependencies, integration needs, implementation sequencing, testing, and launch readiness.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including the creation of product documents, executive summaries, roadmap materials, user guidance, and launch communications.

• Able to operate in a fast-paced, evolving agile environment characterized by ambiguity, competing priorities, rapid learning, and a proactive approach.

• Hands-on experience building with AI is preferred.

• Experience deploying solutions with integrated AI capabilities, human-in-the-loop requirements, escalation paths, review workflows, exception handling, and operational controls is preferred.

• Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.

• Strong data fluency is preferred.

• Code literacy is preferred.

• Databricks experience is a plus.
