Senior AI Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design of key product features with the freedom to suggest, challenge, and determine the direction.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and developers on intricate challenges, contributing from the initial definition to the final handoff.

• Organize and enhance the integration of AI within the product at an early stage: assisted prototyping (v0, Lovable, Figma Make, Cursor, Replit), generating variations for testing, and expediting discovery.

• Produce navigable, testable prototypes in rapid cycles, ready for direct implementation by the technical team.

• Spearhead the advancement of our Design System, ensuring rigorous UX and UI standards.

• Serve as a development ally to a Product Owner in training, facilitating strategic and architectural thinking.

• Offer insights and narratives on the influence of AI within our product processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated senior experience as a Product Designer / UX Designer in digital products.

• Experience throughout the complete cycle: discovery → definition → prototyping → validation → handoff.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping).

• Proficient in AI-assisted prototyping tools (v0, Lovable, Cursor, Figma Make, Replit, Bolt or similar) — with practical project use, not merely experimentation.

• Expertise in conducting and applying UX Research (both qualitative and quantitative) with a practical mindset, including knowing when to forgo research.

• Capability to evolve Design Systems rather than solely consume them.

• Strong frontend knowledge (HTML/CSS, component behavior, technical constraints) to effectively collaborate with developers.
