Senior AI, MCP Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and execution of AI-driven features and MCP integrations throughout the PlentyONE platform.

• Collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams across various functions.

• Develop scalable, dependable, and secure AI functionalities integrated into PlentyONE's SaaS framework.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in delivering LLM-powered features into production, beyond mere prototypes or proofs of concept.

• Extensive practical knowledge of LLM APIs and model capabilities, including OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar providers.

• Experience with tool/function calling and orchestrating agents.

• Proficient in prompt design, evaluation, and reliability methodologies.

• Strong background in designing and managing Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and/or clients, or comparable agent-tool architectures.
