Manager, AI & Workflow Operations – Licensed (RN, NP, PA, MD, RPh, PharmD)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the operational aspects of Devoted Medical Group’s home-based and virtual telehealth services.

• Establish clinical infrastructure for Devoted Medical in Yavapai County alongside clinical leadership.

• Ensure that operations function smoothly and effectively.

• Recruit, train, onboard, and oversee the staff at Yavapai DMG.

• Implement essential back-office systems, including electronic health records, fax lines, and visit scheduling.

• Acquire both clinical and non-clinical resources.

• Create and execute daily workflows, logistics, and operational procedures.

• Reach out to potential patients to present DMG services.

• Efficiently schedule clinical visits to reduce clinician travel time.

• Monitor clinical, financial, and operational performance while fostering continuous improvement.

• Enhance member satisfaction.

• Maintain regular communication with team members and leadership.

• Support clinical leadership in scaling operations to additional markets as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current RN, NP, PA, MD, RPh, or PharmD license.

• Ability to thrive in a startup, fast-paced environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building or managing a medical group.

• Experience in operating a home-based practice or risk-bearing primary care practice is highly valued.

• Knowledge of managed care, including assessing Stars/HEDIS measures and identifying clinical care gaps, is advantageous.

• Proficient in managing schedules, logistics, purchasing, and daily business operations.

• Experience supervising both clinical and non-clinical staff.

• Background in managing a profit & loss statement and developing financial models.

• Proven experience in scaling organizations.

• Management experience related to healthcare operations, or an MBA or equivalent experience.

• Bilingual Spanish speakers or candidates with strong cultural competencies across diverse cultures are particularly desirable.
