This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Develop enterprise taxonomies, entity models, and knowledge graphs that integrate with AEM to transform static pages into structured, reusable content.
• Create dynamic schema-generation systems utilizing JSON-LD and Schema.org for automated content tagging and search-engine optimization.
• Design backend AI pipelines employing LLMs and RAG to produce article summaries, key facts, and FAQs.
• Establish automated testing and evaluation frameworks to assess LLM retrieval accuracy, answer quality, and grounding.
• Implement Generative Engine Optimization and technical SEO strategies to enhance visibility across conversational AI platforms and search engines.
• Build scalable backend services and REST/GraphQL APIs using Java or Python.
• Develop and maintain secure microservices and integration layers that support AI-enhanced experiences.
• Create frontend features and components with React.
• Integrate AI functionalities into AEM content repositories, including metadata enrichment, AI search retrieval, and authoring workflows.
• Design CI/CD pipelines utilizing GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Execute Terraform Infrastructure as Code for scalable AI platforms leveraging Google Cloud technologies.
• Facilitate observability, monitoring, operational readiness, and compliance with DevSecOps.
• Construct AEM and React features, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain the From the Road application.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Engage in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Over 10 years of professional software engineering experience in full-stack or backend development.
• Practical experience in building and deploying production-grade AI/ML applications, especially with LLMs and RAG architectures.
• High proficiency in Java and/or Python.
• Strong hands-on experience in developing web interfaces and components using React.
• Experience in designing, building, and integrating high-performance, secure REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines like GitHub Actions or Jenkins, and cloud-native architectures.
• Excellent system design and problem-solving abilities.
• Cross-functional technical leadership capabilities.
• A Master's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
