Senior AI Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications utilizing TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Java, and Node.js within a microservices architecture.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and rapidly deliver new features.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in TypeScript and Java.

• Optimize applications for performance and scalability.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues within applications.

• Implement MS SQL data storage solutions and ensure the integrity of the data.

• Participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and best practices.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Work within the CST timezone for effective team collaboration.

• Design and create responsive, cross-browser user interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS, and/or JSON.

• Perform DOM manipulation to develop dynamic and interactive web pages.

• Build and deploy AI-driven applications leveraging LLMs, GenAI agents, and RAG pipelines.

• Integrate AI services into comprehensive full-stack solutions using LangChain, FastAPI, or Azure OpenAI.

• Manage unstructured and multimodal data types, including PDFs, HTML, audio, and images.

• Implement LLMOps practices such as prompt versioning, caching, observability, and cost management.

• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to infuse intelligent automation and decision-making into enterprise workflows.

• Contribute to semantic search initiatives, vector databases, and AI-enhanced user experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and DOM manipulation.

• Strong experience with Node.js and Java.

• Expertise in TypeScript for both frontend and backend development.

• Solid understanding of MS SQL, including database design, querying, and optimization.

• Familiarity with contemporary web development practices and tools.

• Experience with AI API integrations, such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or Mistral.

• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for remote collaboration.

• Attention to detail concerning evolving requirements and service stability.

• Preferred: experience with frontend frameworks/libraries and micro frontends.

• Preferred: knowledge of Redis and pub/sub concepts.

• Preferred: familiarity with Docker.

• Preferred: knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure.

• Preferred: experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

• Preferred: experience in AI-enhanced UI/UX design and intelligent user flows.

• Preferred: exposure to vector databases, semantic search, and AI observability tools.

• Preferred: experience with BytePro LOS and Asterisk telephony systems.

• Preferred: hands-on experience with Aloha software.

• Preferred: familiarity with mortgage compliance frameworks, including HMDA, TRID, RESPA, and ECOA.

• High-speed internet is required for remote work; Cable or Fiber ONLY with Ethernet capability.

• Minimum internet speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200–300/35–70 Mbps (shared), or 500–1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).
