Senior AI Engineer, Python, LLM, RAG

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create production-ready applications and automation solutions powered by AI, utilizing Python.

• Design and execute RAG systems alongside agentic workflows.

• Develop backend services and REST APIs, with a focus on FastAPI.

• Collaborate with large language models, embedding models, and contemporary agent frameworks.

• Maintain the quality, security, and traceability of AI applications within the team.

• Take initiative in implementing and continuously enhancing the software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in software development using Python.

• Strong background in developing backend systems and REST APIs, ideally with FastAPI.

• Hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, RAG systems, or agentic workflows.

• Knowledge of modern AI frameworks such as LlamaIndex, LangChain, PydanticAI, or similar technologies.

• Dedication to writing clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.

• Active engagement in code reviews and technical discussions.

• Ability to work independently and responsibly.

• Proficient English skills for effective team collaboration.
