Senior AI Engineer, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and create applications powered by AI utilizing Python

• Develop and implement production-ready LLM integrations and AI services

• Construct RAG pipelines and solutions for knowledge retrieval

• Integrate external APIs, enterprise systems, and AI models

• Develop reusable AI components and backend services

• Enhance prompts, inference performance, and overall application quality

• Create automated testing processes for AI applications

• Collaborate with Architects, Data Engineers, and Software Engineers

• Engage in code reviews and contribute to technical enhancements

• Support CI/CD and promote engineering best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering

• More than 2 years of commercial experience in developing AI or Generative AI solutions

• Proficient programming skills in Python

• Familiarity with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar

• Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or comparable

• Proven experience in building RAG solutions

• Experience with vector databases

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and backend development

• Proficient in using Docker

• Familiar with Git and CI/CD practices

• Understanding of prompt engineering concepts

• Awareness of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Excellent communication abilities

• Fluent in English - C1 level
