Senior AI Engineer, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Somalia.

📋 Description

• Create and implement AI-agent and workflow-driven solutions

• Enhance and refine prompts and orchestration logic

• Utilize Azure Databricks as the main environment for data and AI

• Assist with AI applications related to customer service and payment processes

• Assess the quality, reliability, and business relevance of solutions

• Collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders

• Aid in implementation, testing, and ensuring production readiness

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Data Science or AI Engineering at a senior level

• Proficient in Python programming

• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks

• Background in developing GenAI or LLM-based solutions

• Familiarity with agents, prompts, and workflow orchestration

• Capability to convert business use cases into functional technical solutions

• Proficiency in German, English, and Polish

• Experience in customer-service automation (preferred)

• Background in payments or financial services (preferred)

• Experience in deploying and overseeing AI solutions in production (preferred)

• Understanding of evaluation, guardrails, and AI governance (preferred)
