Senior AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Create Python applications that integrate large language models with data, APIs, and tools.

• Develop and enhance retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) workflows, encompassing document processing, chunking, embeddings, and retrieval.

• Assist in document intelligence pipelines that extract structured, source-linked information from intricate documents.

• Implement and evaluate agent workflows, incorporating tool utilization and human approval stages.

• Generate evaluation datasets and analyze answer quality, retrieval efficiency, latency, and costs.

• Incorporate tests, logging, and documentation to facilitate the operation and enhancement of AI applications.

• Collaborate with skilled engineers.

• Experience the entire application lifecycle, from experimentation and evaluation to deployment and monitoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python, with experience in APIs, JSON, and Git.

• Solid understanding of large language models and a keen interest in AI application development.

• A meticulous approach to testing: comprehending when a system operates correctly, when it fails, and the reasons behind it.

• Strong English communication abilities.

• A university or personal project related to LLMs, RAG, embeddings, or AI agents.

• Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock, Claude, vector databases, FastAPI, Docker, or an AI application framework.
