Senior AI-Enabled Product/Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +4 more countries.

📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize the M&A backlog, which includes a diligence data room with notifications, a target-analysis summary tool, and target identification.

• Document the deal process from identifying an owner to a finalized file and transform it into an engineering specification.

• Oversee the rebranding program as a single parent company evolves into eight to ten specialty brands.

• Establish launch requirements for each brand, encompassing name, logo, color scheme, website, signage, collateral, and advertising creative.

• Monitor all eight to ten specialty brands to ensure compliance with launch requirements.

• Determine launch order and dependencies in collaboration with the Marketing Lead.

• Define the brand asset engine's scope, including formats, volume, and approval workflow.

• Develop acceptance criteria that Engineering and QA can utilize.

• Manage the sprint, board, tickets, standups, and weekly reviews.

• Update executives on project progress and minimize project overhead.

• Organize cash flow and reconciliation tasks once the FP&A platform is operational.

• Report to the Head of IT and work collaboratively with the M&A Director, CFO, Marketing Lead, Engineer, and QA.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product or Project Manager delivering internal tools to non-technical stakeholders.

• A background in business operations is preferred over extensive domain specialization.

• Proficiency in reading a data model and schema to identify discrepancies in terminology used by different systems.

• Sufficient SQL skills to independently answer queries or evaluate the accuracy of a query's results.

• Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and authentication to assess the technical work's scope.

• Capability to write acceptance criteria that engineers can build from and QA can test against without requiring interpretation.

• Experience managing a backlog using tools such as Jira, Linear, or Azure DevOps, including boards, sprints, tickets, and releases.

• Ability to create working prototypes utilizing AI tools.

• Practical skills in prompt engineering.

• Understanding of evaluations to determine if an AI-enabled system maintains accuracy over time.

• Ability to interpret process maps and document workflows.

• Skill in interviewing executives to uncover the true sequence of steps in a process.

• Strong communication skills to indicate when something is out of scope and articulate the implications.

• Proficiency in clear writing with concise sentences and minimal jargon.

• Ability to conduct standups efficiently without unnecessary formalities.

• Experience in M&A involving diligence, data rooms, deal pipelines, or post-merger integration is advantageous.

• Experience managing a rebranding, multi-brand launch, or operational campaign system is a plus.

• Background in creative or marketing operations managing asset production at scale with a review-and-approve process is a plus.

• Experience in healthcare operations related to revenue cycle, practice management, or multi-site clinical operations is a plus.

• Multi-entity finance experience including month-end closing, intercompany reconciliation, or consolidation is a plus.

• Experience in business analysis or consulting with operators is a plus.

• Familiarity with outsourced IT providers is a plus.

• Knowledge of Power Platform is a plus.

• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI is a plus.

• Basic scripting skills are a plus.

• Must be available to work during U.S. business hours, aligning with the client’s time zone, overlapping U.S. Eastern business hours until 5:00 PM ET.
