Senior AI Digital Product Manager – AI Studio

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and execution of a suite of AI applications and intelligent agents.

• Guide a cross-functional product team through phases of discovery, delivery, and ongoing enhancement.

• Assess and rank AI opportunities based on customer benefit, technical viability, business impact, and strategic alignment.

• Collaborate with scientists, researchers, business stakeholders, and end users to comprehend workflows and pinpoint high-value AI opportunities.

• Validate solutions through user research and rapid prototyping efforts.

• Convert business requirements into product specifications.

• Collaborate with engineering teams, AI engineers, data scientists, UX professionals, and external partners to provide AI solutions.

• Manage AI products from opportunity discovery to enterprise deployment.

• Develop reusable product frameworks for future AI implementations.

• Ensure that products are scalable, dependable, secure, and cost-efficient.

• Take ownership of product KPIs, which include adoption rates, usage statistics, customer satisfaction, model quality, reliability, latency, and business impact.

• Utilize analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback to perpetually enhance products.

• Deliver AI products within development cycles of 2 to 6 months.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading digital AI products, defining product strategies, and assessing product success.

• Strong technical understanding of AI technologies, cloud platforms, APIs, and contemporary software development practices.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with software engineers, AI engineers, data scientists, UX designers, architects, and business stakeholders.

• Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Master’s degree with 6 years of Information/Technology Systems experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of Information/Technology Systems experience OR Diploma with 12 years of Information/Technology Systems experience.

• Preferred: Over 8 years of product management experience, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML, enterprise software, or digital products.

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams to deliver AI applications, intelligent agents, or enterprise software from initial concept to enterprise adoption.

• Solid understanding of LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, AI evaluation, and ML productization within enterprise settings.

• Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms and modern cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, OpenAI, MLflow, or similar AI development platforms.

• Experience in applying customer discovery, rapid prototyping, experimentation, analytics, and AI quality metrics to steer product decisions.

• Proven experience partnering with engineering, AI engineering, security, and business teams while articulating product strategy and outcomes to executive leadership.

• Knowledge of biotechnology, pharmaceutical research, laboratory, clinical, or scientific workflows is preferred.
