Senior AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and deploy AI/ML models to automate complex testing scenarios, including synthetic data generation, automated test case creation, and intelligent defect analysis.

• Integrate AI automation tools into the pipelines.

• Monitor the performance of AI models in production, ensuring they maintain accuracy and scale to different programs.

• Utilize AI to validate code as it is written, rather than waiting for a full compilation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

• Advanced proficiency in Python.

• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

• Familiarity with PyTest, Selenium, or Appium.

• Version control using GitHub/GitLab.

• Ability to handle large datasets, perform data cleaning, and implement ETL processes.

• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Familiarity with Jenkins, Tekton, or GitHub Actions.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in software automation or AI development.

• Proven track record of enhancing process efficiency.
