Senior AI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist and take charge of specific aspects of client discovery and pre-sales activities.

• Evaluate business requirements and pinpoint opportunities for AI implementation.

• Examine the feasibility and scope of AI solutions.

• Convert business goals into actionable data and AI projects that generate measurable business value.

• Participate in the creation of proposals, discovery workshops, solution outlines, and statements of work.

• Provide guidance to clients and internal teams on AI/ML technology options, considering feasibility, cost, risk, compliance, and anticipated outcomes.

• Collaborate with technical teams, architects, engineers, and business stakeholders regarding requirements and constraints in delivery.

• Facilitate AI project delivery by establishing success metrics, validating assumptions, and aligning business expectations with technical execution.

• Convey analytical and technical insights to both business and technical audiences.

• Contribute to AI Consulting methodologies, reusable resources, and internal knowledge dissemination.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in IT, data, AI/ML, or analytics-related positions.

• Demonstrated participation in projects that deliver business value through data or AI solutions.

• Experience in consulting, pre-sales, business analysis, solution design, or client-facing technical roles.

• Capability to structure unclear business challenges and translate them into viable AI, ML, data, or GenAI initiatives.

• Practical knowledge of Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, including RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation, guardrails, and common integration patterns.

• Solid understanding of the ML lifecycle and MLOps practices, such as experimentation, deployment, monitoring, model/data drift, and reproducibility.

• Practical experience with Python and key AI/ML libraries like scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.

• Familiarity with tools and platforms such as Jupyter, MLflow, Azure ML, Vertex AI, Amazon SageMaker, or equivalent.

• Knowledge of cloud-based AI/ML services, ideally across Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Ability to articulate technical complexities in straightforward business terms and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.

• Strong analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and capability to work independently in client-facing contexts.

• Proficient in English; C1 level preferred.

• Willingness to travel for client engagements as required, up to 10%.
