Senior AI Business Analyst – 6 months FTC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Facilitate organized discovery sessions across multiple departments to analyze actual workflows and identify prime candidates for AI transformation.

• Collect both business and technical requirements, creating clear process maps, user stories, and functional specifications that can be utilized by engineers and commercial leaders.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and functional AI Captains to convert aspirations into prototype solutions and implement agentic workflows.

• Oversee our global AI Initiative Tracker, ensuring that all metrics, project baselines, and company-wide ROI figures are precise and transparent.

• Serve as a crucial intermediary between program governance and execution, identifying adoption barriers—whether technical or behavioral—and assisting functions in enhancing their AI capabilities.

• Keep abreast of advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation that pertain to Booksy's operational context.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong BA Foundations: Proven experience as a Senior Business or Process Analyst managing comprehensive discovery and process mapping in intricate environments.

• Transformation Experience: Documented experience in supporting digital transformation, automation, or technology change initiatives.

• Stakeholder Management: Outstanding communication abilities with a demonstrated history of conducting difficult discussions, challenging assumptions, and fostering alignment without formal authority.

• Hands-on AI Application: Direct, practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or Intelligent Automation tools—not merely theoretical knowledge.

• Agentic Process Design: A thorough understanding of how to structure, optimize, and delineate workflows specifically for autonomous AI execution.

• Multitasking Agility: The ability to effectively lead workshops and manage several fast-paced discovery workstreams concurrently across various functions.

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher. You must be capable of leading discussions with international stakeholders and translating complex technical concepts into accessible business language.

• It will also be beneficial to have:

• Experience in a fast-paced Marketplace, SaaS, or platform business structure.

• A background in collaborating within a centralized transformation office or a cross-functional program environment.

• Familiarity with AI adoption frameworks or hands-on experience contributing to technology ROI models.
