Senior AI Application Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Design, architect, and implement scalable multi-agent systems that automate intricate, multi-step business workflows.

• Convert existing processes and create innovative multi-agent structures for new business opportunities.

• Develop agent orchestration frameworks (such as Google ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.).

• Create secure 'tool-calling' architectures that enable LLMs to interact safely with internal databases, CRMs, and APIs.

• Apply LLMOps/AgentOps best practices effectively.

• Address AI-specific security challenges, including prompt injection, hallucination loops, and unauthorized tool execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical), Mathematics, Physics, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of software engineering experience, including a minimum of 2 years in generative AI, LLMs, or cognitive architectures.

• Expert-level knowledge of Python and/or TypeScript.

• Familiarity with MCP architectures.

• Proficient in Rust.

• Comprehensive understanding of agentic design patterns (e.g., ReAct, Plan-and-Solve, Reflection, Tree of Thoughts, etc.).

• Extensive experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and open-weight models (Llama 3, Mistral, etc.).

• Knowledge of vector and graph databases.

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures (e.g., GraphRAG, hybrid search).

• Strong expertise in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
