Senior Agricultural Market Development Specialist, AGRO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the training and development initiatives of the sales team

• Play a role in the adoption of new technologies

• Aid in establishing the market presence of new products

• Collaborate closely with the market to pinpoint growth opportunities

• Convert market intelligence into actionable strategies that promote sustainable business expansion

• Cultivate relationships with agricultural consultants, researchers, product influencers, and other stakeholders in the agriculture sector

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Agronomic Engineering or a related discipline

• Significant experience and expertise in soybean, corn, and cotton production

• Background in the Crop Protection and Seeds sectors

• Essential experience in agribusiness, particularly in sales, customer technical support, marketing, or product and market research and development

• Proven experience in engaging with influencers within the agricultural field, including researchers, consultants, and product recommenders

• Understanding of the strategic positioning of products in the agricultural marketplace

• Readiness and willingness to travel frequently within the designated region

• Familiarity with the Luis Eduardo Magalhães, Bahia area and its key market players and dynamics is an advantage
