Senior Agile Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategize, coordinate, and assist in the implementation of new features and improvements for enterprise-level business applications.

• Oversee sprint and delivery planning for Lead to Opportunity, Quote to Fulfillment, and Customer Experience workflows.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure effective execution of projects.

• Maintain the health of the backlog, eliminate obstacles, and drive successful delivery results.

• Guide technology delivery among cross-functional teams while aligning goals, timelines, dependencies, and commitments.

• Identify, communicate, escalate, and resolve project risks, issues, blockers, and delivery trade-offs.

• Ensure compliance with project management, Agile/Scrum, SDLC, change management, and governance standards.

• Lead capacity and resource planning for projects, enhancements, operational requests, maintenance, and defect resolution.

• Create, maintain, and analyze project metrics, dashboards, and reports.

• Evaluate delivery risks, backlog trends, dependency impacts, and execution challenges; propose mitigation strategies.

• Provide guidance and mentorship on Agile delivery and project management best practices.

• Assist in Salesforce and integrated application delivery initiatives.

• Coordinate DevOps pipeline activities for QA readiness, demonstrations, deployments, and business-facing training.

• Maintain Jira dashboards and reporting for team capacity, sprint velocity, and backlog health.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• 5-7 years of pertinent experience, including a minimum of 3 years in product management, business systems, IT operations, project management, or Agile delivery.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams, including Engineering, Product, QA, DevOps, IT, Business Systems, Operations, and business stakeholders.

• Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC practices.

• Familiarity with project management, change management, and governance frameworks.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges.

• Preferred certifications: CSM, PSM, PMP, SAFe Scrum Master, or other relevant Agile or Project Management certifications.
