Agile Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver senior-level management and consulting expertise to support IT programs and application development initiatives.

• Offer technical assistance in systems analysis and design for ongoing projects.

• Aid Government personnel in estimating budget requirements and preparing justification documentation.

• Create briefing reports and presentation materials.

• Provide technical briefings regarding application development projects.

• Deliver Project Management Professional (PMP) coordination and support to application teams.

• Oversee project schedules, issues, and risks employing industry-standard methodologies.

• Draft functional specifications, project plans, and other documentation related to application projects.

• Assist in the review and audit processes of CIO programs and projects.

• Engage in application project conference calls and meetings.

• Contribute to the development of project methodologies and artifacts.

• Analyze and prepare application change orders and Service Requests.

• Provide technical support for open Service Requests in collaboration with the ISO.

• Act as a liaison with business process reengineering teams.

• Help in reviewing and documenting business rules.

• Execute other job-related tasks as assigned.

• Proven ability to deliver senior-level project management and consulting support for IT programs and projects.

• Experience in supporting systems analysis and design activities.

• Proficiency in managing project schedules, issues, and risks using industry-standard project management methodologies.

• Capability to develop functional specifications, project plans, project methodologies, and associated project artifacts.

• Experience in preparing briefing reports, presentation materials, and technical briefings.

• Ability to support budget estimations and justification documentation.

• Experience in coordinating with Government personnel, application teams, and business process reengineering teams.

• Experience in supporting reviews and audits of CIO programs and projects.

• Ability to analyze and prepare application change orders and Service Requests.

• Must have a Public Trust or be eligible to obtain one.

• Must successfully pass pre-employment qualifications set by Cherokee Federal.
