This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure the effective application of Scrum

• Act as a barrier remover and workflow facilitator

• Monitor and interpret agile metrics (lead time, throughput, cycle time)

• Support the Product Owner and Tech Lead in prioritization and forecasting

• Mediate conflicts and foster a collaborative and trusting environment

• Encourage continuous improvement and the evolution of agile maturity

• Collaborate with multiple teams as needed, maintaining alignment across areas

• Implement actions that enhance processes and increase team efficiency

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience as a Scrum Master

• Familiarity with Scrum

• Experience with Kanban

• Proficiency in Azure DevOps or Jira

• Involvement with agile metrics (lead time, cycle time, throughput)

• Additional agile certifications are advantageous (KSD, KSI, OKR Professional, Lean, SAFe, etc.)

• Previous experience in high-complexity organizational environments is a plus

• Experience with hybrid frameworks (Scrum + Kanban) is a plus

• English: unspecified level
