Senior Agentic Systems Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Take ownership of the architecture and development of shared components.

• Create and implement CI/CD patterns, deployment pipelines, and observability tools.

• Guide the team in the adoption of AI tools.

• Manage projects from the initial requirements gathering and solution design through to deployment.

• Communicate a clear engineering vision to both your team and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in software development.

• Proficient in at least one modern backend or full-stack programming language.

• Extensive experience with AWS.

• A solid understanding of SaaS architecture principles.

• A proven history of building developer platforms and delivery systems.

• Expert knowledge of agentic system design.

• Practical experience with production-level agentic tooling.

• Strong comprehension of database design and data persistence fundamentals.
