Senior Agentic AI Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop agentic systems in the coding and research sectors internally.

• Design architectures that assess inference workload dynamics of leading agentic harnesses under realistic scenarios.

• Work collaboratively with teams responsible for evaluating software and hardware systems to enhance evaluation quality.

• Gain a deep understanding of the evolving workload profiles of coding and research agents.

• Engineer NVIDIA’s proprietary agentic AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in developing AI agents.

• Knowledge of evaluating the performance of AI agents.

• Proficiency in utilizing coding agents such as Codex and Claude Code.

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 5 years of relevant software development experience.

• Recent experience in AI inferencing or agents is highly advantageous.

• Over 2 years of experience in creating modern agentic or AI-backed systems is a significant plus.

• Contributions to open-source projects that showcase agentic AI applications are beneficial.

• A rigorous analytical mindset for data analysis and collection.
