This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Design, architect, and develop production-ready autonomous agents and orchestration frameworks utilizing platforms like LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI.

• Lead and oversee the technical implementation across four teams.

• Ensure architectures for agents are standardized and reusable.

• Integrate LLMs with external APIs, proprietary toolkits, and various data sources.

• Facilitate dynamic tool invocation and workflows across systems.

• Enhance prompt engineering methods and manage context windows effectively.

• Improve the stability of long-running agent workflows and state management.

• Create tools for monitoring, logging, and evaluating agent decision-making and LLM outputs.

• Support auditability and track performance metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, share expertise, and establish technical direction.

• Ensure excellence in delivery and maintain high engineering standards.

• Utilize public cloud platforms, preferably AWS, to design, implement, and securely scale AI solutions.

• Contribute to AI transformation initiatives for a major Dutch insurance provider through IT Labs’ consulting services.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in software engineering or AI/ML.

• Specialization in agentic architectures, LLMs, or similar distributed systems.

• Proven experience in designing and deploying AI-driven solutions in production settings.

• Practical knowledge of LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI, or extensive expertise with distributed/cloud systems.

• Strong capabilities in integrating LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models with APIs, databases, and functional toolkits.

• Proficiency in prompt engineering and context management.

• Experience in addressing challenges related to the stability and scalability of large agentic systems.

• Experience deploying solutions on public cloud platforms, with a preference for AWS.

• Strong documentation, evaluation, and monitoring skills for AI systems.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Capacity to lead and mentor multiple teams.

• Fluent in English is required.

• Availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week.

• Open to contract or B2B arrangements.

• Current location must be included in the application.
