Senior Agent Architect – Spain

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Assist in the deployment of Parloa's AI solutions, improving customer experiences.

• Develop efficient AI workflows and establish connections to enterprise systems.

• Create, prototype, and validate conversational solutions for AI agent installations.

• Advise customers and partners on optimizing the benefits of Parloa's AI solutions.

• Define and execute AI Agent deployments, offering strategic guidance and support to customers and partners.

• Work in collaboration with Forward Deployed Engineers on intricate integration scenarios.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles, demonstrating expertise in conversation design and AI agent development.

• Capability to analyze customer needs and develop LLM prompts that meet desired outcomes.

• An entrepreneurial mindset characterized by initiative, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to spot impactful opportunities.

• Expertise in advanced prompting techniques such as chain-of-thought prompting and few-shot learning.

• Strong skills in project and stakeholder management, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and effective communication.

• Analytical and critical thinking abilities with experience in risk assessment, problem-solving, and strategy formulation.

• Knowledge of API authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, JWT).

• Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML data formats, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman).

• Experience with reading and utilizing API documentation across various enterprise SaaS platforms (including CRMs, ERPs, and contact center systems).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English are essential.
