This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• The Senior Business Analyst acts as a bridge between the business, product owners, and the technical team to facilitate business capabilities through technical solutions.
• This individual collaborates closely with the Product Owner and Technical Leads to assist them in understanding and articulating their objectives, goals, and solutions.
• The BA is accountable for ensuring technical requirements are precise and adhere to the Definition of Ready (DoR) before they are forwarded to the development team.
• The BA comprehends system implications and dependencies thoroughly.
• Provides support to product owners by assisting them in analyzing the business domain and by grooming/prioritizing the work backlog based on business value.
• 4-6 years of experience collaborating with technical teams and addressing requirements.
• A confident approach to gathering business and technical requirements, including conducting workshops.
• Must be capable of leading and guiding user flows and sharing insights with teams.
• Must have experience with large-scale implementations involving Adobe Experience Manager, including Enterprise DAM projects on AEM Assets.
• Familiarity with the use of AEM Assets Enterprise DAM through integrations for asset distribution and intake is essential.
• Must have experience managing metadata and taxonomy, including content migration for digital assets in AEM.
• Must have worked with Adobe Dynamic Media and its advanced features like Smart Crop.
• Proficient in content operation processes, including governance, migration, and permission models is required.
• Hands-on experience with work management and business processes using Adobe Workfront is a plus.
• Familiarity with modern authoring methods in AEM, including Universal Editor for Edge Delivery Services, is beneficial.
• Experience with solutions across the broader Adobe Experience Cloud is an advantage.
• Adobe Certified AEM Assets Digital Librarian Professional certification is a plus.
• Adobe Certified AEM Business Practitioner Expert certification is also a plus.
