Senior Advisor, Project Excellence & AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create and continuously enhance a company-wide S/4HANA delivery and project methodology for the consulting division.

• Oversee global standardization initiatives, implementing governance, quality, and quality-gate concepts.

• Develop and refine standardized templates, methodologies, project accelerators, and a centralized knowledge management system that includes best practices and lessons learned.

• Define and establish processes for reporting, risk management, and escalation to effectively manage the project portfolio over the long term.

• Identify, assess, and implement AI-driven solutions to automate, standardize, and enhance the efficiency of project and consulting operations.

• Perform project health checks and quality assessments, and derive and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of delivery excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Several years of experience in PMO, project management, IT consulting, or a similar project environment.

• Experience in developing, implementing, or enhancing governance, delivery, or operational models.

• Strong knowledge in managing complex IT transformation projects, preferably within the SAP ecosystem.

• Interest in innovative technologies with initial experience in generative AI, automation, or digital productivity tools.

• An analytical and structured approach to work.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in both German and English.
