Senior Advisor Digital Marketing – Technologie

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In this role, you will provide high-level consultancy to our clients and serve as a crucial link between them and our internal expert teams.

• Your primary focus will be on optimizing digital processes and effectively utilizing tools to drive growth and innovation.

• Development and implementation of tailored growth strategies in the fields of digital marketing and technology.

• Direct collaboration with our clients to achieve their strategic objectives and secure sustainable success.

• Facilitation and leadership of workshops and growth sessions to clearly convey complex topics and develop practical solutions.

• Process optimization through the targeted use of digital tools and AI solutions.

• Utilization and integration of AI tools such as GPT, as well as no-code tools like Zapier and Airtable for automation and process enhancement.

• Creation of detailed reports and actionable recommendations based on thorough data analyses.

• Ensuring that all measures are implemented efficiently and with a customer-centric approach.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience in a strategic role within the digital space, preferably in marketing or technology.

• A completed degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration).

• Deep expertise in digital marketing (e.g., performance marketing, content strategy) and/or technology (e.g., digital transformation, IT architecture, AI-based solutions).

• Fluent in German and highly proficient in English.

• Solid experience with HubSpot and other CRM systems.

• Strong understanding and practical experience with AI tools, no-code solutions, and project management tools such as Miro, ClickUp, JIRA, GSuite, and Figma.

• Technical know-how: solid knowledge of SQL and database structures, as well as programming skills in languages like JavaScript, Python, or PHP.

• Experience as a developer is a significant advantage.

• Excellent organizational skills and reliability – you meet deadlines and consistently deliver high quality.

• Proven success in facilitating workshops and conveying complex topics.

• Security clearance and references are required to ensure reliability and trustworthiness.
