This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise the creation, implementation, and management of content strategies aimed at attracting and boosting engagement, fostering brand loyalty, and generating leads for client advisors through content development, social media, and email marketing.
• Curate content for landing pages, blogs, email marketing initiatives, and other messaging channels, such as podcasts or videos.
• Conduct interviews with stakeholders to grasp the intricacies of various audience sectors and generate relevant content.
• Utilize client data to craft effective messaging that showcases value.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client advisors' strategies.
• Direct strategy and content creation for diverse mediums, including websites, social media platforms, and email marketing.
• Compose, edit, and review a variety of written communications and content with precision, following guidance from clients and supervisors.
• Acquire knowledge of client industries, stay informed on market trends and the competitive landscape, and share insights with teams.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to formulate recommendations, manage project requests, strategize and assess program success, and propel integrated campaigns forward.
• Generate innovative ideas and opportunities to support client objectives and storytelling.
• Provide research and counsel to clients, aligning with strategic plans and programs.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance.
• Develop and/or facilitate content workshops, webinars, or lunch and learns as necessary.
• Assist with World events and conferences as needed.
• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, integrated campaign management, demand generation, content marketing, or a related B2B marketing position.
• Demonstrated ability to plan, build, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, websites, landing pages, blogs, webinars, videos, podcasts, or other digital platforms.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and messaging abilities, with the capacity to translate business objectives, sales requirements, and audience insights into clear, compelling content.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams, business development leaders, subject matter experts, and senior stakeholders to gather input, align priorities, and advance projects.
• Outstanding project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, coordinate contributors, track approvals, organize assets, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Practical experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, along with strong design skills using Canva & Stripo or similar platforms.
• Skilled in leveraging campaign performance data, client insights, market research, and reporting metrics to refine messaging, content strategy, and program outcomes.
• Proficient in utilizing AI tools like Jasper.ai, M365, Claude, and Perplexity.
