Learning Companion for AI-supported Content Creation, Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a member of WBS TRAINING, you embody your profession with enthusiasm and insight.

• In your capacity as a learning companion, your main objective is to enhance the competencies of participants.

• In your instructional design, you serve as both a source of information and a facilitator in the role of a learning companion — Learning 4.0!

• This encompasses subject-specific instruction from the home office within the WBS LearnSpace 3D.

• Utilizing a diverse array of teaching methods in lesson design.

• Mentoring and overseeing our retraining participants with their IHK-relevant (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) projects and reports.

• Participating in quality assurance initiatives.

• Hosting webinars and online informational sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational training or a university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, or Marketing.

• Experience in developing data-driven marketing strategies.

• Proficiency in SEO, SEA, and social media advertising.

• Skills in customer journey mapping and branding.

• Fundamental knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.

• Understanding of legal aspects related to online marketing.

• Experience in creating social media content (including videos, Reels, and short-form formats).

• Competence in storytelling and community management.

• Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, or After Effects.

• Knowledge of influencer marketing.

• Understanding of media law and brand development.

• Experience in e-commerce.

• Expertise in data-driven marketing.

• Ability to develop e-commerce strategies.

• Experience in building and optimizing online stores.

• Familiarity with CMS systems and basic web development principles.

• Experience with SEO/SEA in e-commerce.

• Solid practical experience with AI tools for content creation.

• Proven experience in adult education (minimum 600 hours).

• Pedagogical qualifications, such as an AEVO trainer certificate.

• Strong methodological and didactic skills in knowledge transfer.

• Capability to present complex content clearly and appropriately for the audience.

• Independent and structured working style with a high level of personal accountability.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for working with learners.
