Semi Senior Project Manager – Digital Marketing, Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming business development inquiries and referrals, acting as the initial contact for potential clients.

• Organize and compose business proposals, which includes collecting case studies, showcasing capabilities, and customizing content to meet client requirements.

• Oversee project management for intricate RFPs, focusing on timelines, budget management, stakeholder collaboration, and submission logistics.

• Assist business development functions through CRM oversight (Pipedrive), tracking prospects, coordinating outreach, and planning conferences.

• Supervise the execution of marketing projects, ensuring that content calendars, newsletters, webinars, and social media campaigns are completed on time.

• Facilitate the creation of case studies by gathering performance data and creative materials from internal teams.

• Coordinate logistics for PR initiatives, industry award applications, media inquiries, and speaking opportunities.

• Promote process enhancements across marketing and sales operations to boost efficiency and streamline workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Production, Marketing Operations, or roles supporting Business Development.

• Previous experience in an agency setting is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in coordinating proposals, RFPs, pitching processes, and new business strategies.

• Excellent written communication skills with experience in creating presentations and materials for clients.

• Capability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders concurrently.

• Practical experience with CRM platforms such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable tools.

• Knowledge of AI tools and workflow automation.

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1–C2) is necessary.
