Senior Advisor, Board Member

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as a strategic partner to the management team regarding key decisions and the ongoing growth of the consulting firm.

• Provide guidance on formulating our market and growth strategy.

• Assist in the ongoing enhancement of our M&A processes and consulting standards.

• Share your entrepreneurial insights during intricate company sales.

• Aid in broadening our connections with entrepreneurs, family offices, investors, private equity firms, and strategic buyers.

• Recognize new business opportunities along with significant market and industry trends.

• Facilitate the acquisition of new mandates and leverage your personal network for introductions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience as an entrepreneur, managing director, executive board member, advisory board member, investor, or in a similar leadership role.

• Ideally, familiarity with M&A, business succession, private equity, corporate finance, or corporate development.

• Strong strategic comprehension and a well-defined entrepreneurial mindset.

• Excellent network within Germany’s Mittelstand or the transaction landscape.

• Solid personal reputation and a confident demeanor at the executive management and shareholder level.

• Exceptional analytical abilities, discretion, and a thorough understanding of business interrelations.

• Passion for sharing your expertise and actively participating in the growth of a burgeoning advisory firm.
