📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email.

• Address issues and foster positive customer interactions.

• Adhere to brand guidelines and maintain quality standards.

• Record and update customer interactions in relevant systems.

• Collaborate with the team to enhance service delivery.

• Represent an international brand in a multilingual customer support setting.

• Proficient in French and proficient in English.

• Solid C1, C2, or native proficiency in the primary working language.

• Minimum B2 level in English.

• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Comfortable navigating computer systems and multitasking across various tools.

• Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a positive demeanor.

• Availability to work in shifts.

• Clean criminal record required.

• Must possess a valid work permit or European passport.

• CV should be submitted in English.

• Must reside in a country within the European Union.
