This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver high-level administrative assistance to leadership within Pharmacy Benefit Services Operations.
• Oversee intricate calendars for senior executives.
• Organize leadership meetings, team gatherings, business projects, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
• Assist with event planning, communications, logistics, on-site support, and follow-up activities.
• Create, update, and refine presentations and materials utilizing PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Employ AI-driven productivity tools to generate meeting documents, agendas, summaries, and follow-up tasks.
• Manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Execute and monitor expense reports in alignment with company policies.
• Arrange both domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transport, and itineraries.
• Contribute to broader administrative service projects in collaboration with other teams or locations.
• Engage and collaborate with internal matrix partners, leaders, team members, and business stakeholders.
• Provide backup support to other administrative professionals and take on additional assigned duties.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant, with a proven track record in supporting multiple senior leaders is preferred.
• Strong technical skills in computer applications are essential.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions is required.
• Competence in PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, MS Teams, and web navigation is necessary.
• A background in health care or Pharmacy Benefit Services Operations, along with a general grasp of business processes is preferred.
• Outstanding attention to detail and excellent follow-up abilities are crucial.
• Capability to think proactively, foresee needs, and tackle potential issues is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt swiftly to change is necessary.
• Skill in managing, prioritizing, and handling multiple projects simultaneously is important.
• Strong organizational capabilities are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is required.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure is necessary.
• Capacity to anticipate the needs of customers, leaders, and business partners is essential.
• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed is required.
