This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee executive calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and prioritize meetings aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Facilitate multi-timezone scheduling for both internal teams and external clients.
• Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries.
• Manage executive expense reporting efficiently.
• Offer administrative support to enhance organizational productivity.
• Organize office activities effectively.
• Coordinate logistics for in-person meetings and events.
• Maintain department distribution lists and records.
• Assist with department communications.
• Organize agendas, attendees, and logistics for meetings and Nielsen client committees.
• Arrange venues, catering, A/V support, materials, and room setups.
• Oversee attendee participation and follow-up actions.
• Lead process documentation, issue resolution, workflow coordination, and process enhancements.
• Independently coordinate and guide team members while acting as a lead without being a supervisor.
• Extensive knowledge of departmental processes and procedures.
• Capability to gather information to resolve escalated issues.
• Ability to act as a team lead, distributing tasks, and guiding team members.
• Comprehensive understanding of skills across various processes, procedures, and systems.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
