This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Overseeing digital advertising campaigns through Eskimi DSP, Meta, DV360, and other ad servers as required.
• Managing digital ad impression inventory and banner ad stock for on-site products.
• Planning, organizing, activating, and controlling daily operations, identifying opportunities, and executing global enhancements for optimal efficiency and quality.
• Ensuring timely campaign launches, adequate monitoring of campaign performance, and prompt communication of any performance issues to the Sales team.
• Troubleshooting ad serving issues and collaborating with team members and/or clients to find solutions.
• Supporting Sales in the campaign planning and selling processes.
• Collaborating directly with the Tech team to optimize digital campaigns as necessary.
• Reporting on digital campaign performance to agencies and clients.
• Providing monthly reports on final campaign performance.
• Completing data entry and analysis tasks as needed.
• Offering technical QA support for ad serving when required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising operations in a similar capacity.
• Familiarity with programmatic platforms (such as DV360, LoopMe, Pubmatic, Xandr, or other DSPs).
• Experience with Google Ads, Business Ads Manager, and Meta will be considered a plus.
• Proven experience in campaign delivery and optimization.
• Strong results orientation, attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Capability and readiness to thrive in a fast-paced international setting and collaborate efficiently across a multicultural organization.

• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of Polish or Russian would be advantageous.
