This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of the technical onboarding process for new Channel, DSP, SSP, and publisher integration partners, from reviewing documentation to launching the first live campaign.
• Utilize the ResponsiveAds Zendesk system to assist as part of the technical engineering team for first and second line support tickets. Document and generate clear reports for the community and partners.
• Act as the primary technical resource for publisher, agency, and brand ad operations teams regarding trafficking, tagging, and delivery issues.
• Create and maintain integration documentation, trafficking guides, and self-service onboarding materials for each partner.
• Conduct quality assurance and certify new RA tag and format types against major DSP environments prior to general availability.
• Aid in the expansion of the AdCp standard by collaborating directly with DSP engineering teams on schema and tag certification.
• Identify recurring ad operations issues and report them as product bugs or feature requests to the engineering team.
• Assist sales in technical discovery discussions and RFP responses that involve complex trafficking requirements.
• MUST possess over 5 years of experience in ad operations, solutions engineering, or programmatic technical roles.
• MUST have more than 5 years of strong coding experience in Javascript and CSS.
• MUST have extensive knowledge of DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon DSP), SSPs, ad servers, macros, and tag management systems.
• MUST have experience with HTML5 ad formats, VAST/VPAID video tags, and IAB creative standards.
• MUST demonstrate strong debugging skills using network traffic analysis, browser console, and tag inspection tools.
• MUST have experience with rich media or responsive ad formats related to setup, debugging, and code modifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
