Senior Acumatica Construction Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Lead the requirements gathering and design initiatives for Acumatica Construction implementations, encompassing configuration, testing, data conversion, training, and go-live assistance.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering relationships, negotiating solutions, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.

• Independently oversee assigned tasks and workstreams in collaboration with the Project Manager, in accordance with SOW, BPR documentation, and implementation methodologies.

• Deliver comprehensive consulting estimates and detailed implementation project plans.

• Relay project status updates, issues, and concerns to the Director, Project Manager, and/or Architect/Lead.

• Supervise project budgets and ensure timely delivery of engagements within scope.

• Mentor team members and provide quality assurance regarding implementation methodologies and best practices.

• Facilitate group discussions with team members and clients.

• Create written materials and contribute to documentation standards.

• Lead efforts in the change management process.

• Maintain an average annual utilization rate of 75%.

• Keep Acumatica certifications up to date while continuing to develop expertise in modules and consulting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Acumatica implementation and support, primarily focused on Construction.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, MIS, or a related field.

• Demonstrated ability to lead full-cycle implementations and manage multiple concurrent tasks.

• Experience collaborating directly with client teams and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging across all levels of a client organization.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team, taking full responsibility for assigned tasks and deliverables.

• Adaptability to changing task assignments, priorities, and a dynamic work environment.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% within the US and Canada.

• Acumatica certifications in Construction or related modules.

• Additional experience with Acumatica in Field Services.

• Background in a consulting firm or ERP reseller.

• Previous experience as a controller or senior accountant.
