This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of, develop, support, and sustain financial and intricate actuarial models.
• Conduct, oversee, and evaluate data analyses, reporting, and forecasting.
• Lead, execute, and assess advanced ad hoc pharmacy data mining and analyses to address and resolve complex inquiries related to actuarial data and principles.
• Collaborate with Underwriters, various departments within Prime, and senior leaders on pricing strategies, data analyses, and the RFP process.
• Communicate findings and analyses to key stakeholders, senior management, and clients.
• Guide Actuarial team members to improve their actuarial expertise.
• Ensure that all work complies with relevant actuarial standards, as applicable.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, or Finance.
• A minimum of 5 years of actuarial experience, including at least 3 years in a healthcare organization or PBM.
• Possession of an actuarial designation (ASA or FSA).
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Intermediate proficiency in SAS, SQL, or VBA.
• Exceptional quantitative, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Self-driven with the capability to manage and follow up on multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
