This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Oversee comprehensive revenue operations from initial estimates to cash collection.
• Create invoices based on project milestones and manage progress billings.
• Address discrepancies, monitor receivables, and ensure prompt collections across ongoing job sites.
• Verify invoice precision against signed contracts, insurance estimates, and additional approvals.
• Address discrepancies in collaboration with project managers, sales representatives, or insurance adjusters.
• Field inquiries from homeowners, commercial clients, and insurance carriers regarding billing and payments.
• Manage collections and follow up as necessary.
• Work closely with the accounting team on revenue analysis and job costing.
• Analyze financial summaries at the project level.
• Enhance QuickBooks Online, JobNimbus, or comparable field-service platforms.
• Spearhead initiatives for process enhancement and automation within roofing workflows.
• Engage with clients, insurers, and subcontractors concerning billing, invoices, payment statuses, and supplemental documentation.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience within U.S.-based companies, concentrated on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations.
• Background in construction, roofing, or field services is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience overseeing the complete billing cycle in project-based or job-costed settings.
• Expertise in QuickBooks Online.
• Familiarity with JobNimbus, AccuLynx, CompanyCam, or similar platforms is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance estimates, supplemental processes, and payment frameworks.
• Familiarity with Xactimate is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills for resolving discrepancies.
• Experience in process improvements and automation within rapidly growing trade-oriented businesses.
• Familiarity with tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Ramp, Brex, Bill.com, or ClickUp is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying financial details to non-financial stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with integrity, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
• Capability to work independently or as part of a team in a remote setting.
• General understanding of AI and automation tools in construction finance is beneficial.
• Must currently reside in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.
