Senior Accounting Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Accurately record transactions in accounting ledgers in a timely manner

• Ensure that appropriate accounting and bookkeeping practices are consistently followed

• Conduct monthly account reconciliations and update accounting schedules accordingly

• Produce monthly financial statements for review

• Support audit processes and address any discrepancies that arise

• Collaborate with the Accounting Manager on financial planning, analysis, and reporting tasks

• Adhere to team and/or client protocols, policies, and methodologies

• Carry out additional related responsibilities as required or assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting

• At least a 6-month consultancy contract commitment

• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is advantageous

• Prior experience in a similar accounting position

• Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices

• Exceptional attention to detail and precision in data entry tasks

• Capability to generate and analyze financial reports

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Must be able to work remotely

• Reliable internet connection is required
