Senior Accounting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Calculation of both direct and indirect taxes (IRPJ/CSLL and PIS/COFINS, respectively);

• Reconciliations and analyses related to all balance sheet and income statement accounts;

• Preparation of month-end closing procedures, monthly trial balances, management reports, and a comprehensive set of financial statements;

• Preparation and submission of SPED ECD and ECF;

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/CPC);

• In-depth understanding of companies taxed under the Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido regimes;

• Advanced proficiency in calculating PIS/COFINS under both cumulative and non-cumulative regimes, alongside calculating IRPJ/CSLL for Lucro Real and Lucro Presumido.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail;

• Experience working at an accounting firm;

• Capability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously;

• Familiarity with Totvs Protheus ERP;

• Proficiency in English (intermediate to fluent) is essential, with the capability to engage in and lead meetings with international clients and teams;

• Serve as a technical support resource for the team, aiding in query resolution and leading more complex tasks, while also identifying and resolving operational challenges and suggesting ongoing process enhancements.
