This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
• Manage major accounts, serving as a strategic partner for essential clients.
• Drive growth through upselling and cross-selling of digital marketing solutions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure enduring partnerships.
• Oversee client strategies to guarantee that campaigns align with their business objectives.
• Conduct regular business reviews and analyze performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and optimize processes.
• 4+ years of experience in account management within a digital advertising agency, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Demonstrated success in expanding client accounts and boosting revenue.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, including Google Search Ads.
• Experience collaborating with US clients.
• Strong skills in negotiation, relationship-building, and leadership.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Familiarity with advertising technologies, programmatic media, AI-driven marketing, and performance analytics.
• Additional advantages for:
• Experience in media planning and data-driven marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
• Background in managing accounts in the healthcare or dental sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

• Salary: $3,000 - $4,000 per month.
