This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Comprehensive management and strategic advisory services for clients involved in sports sponsorship and integrated brand communication.
• Guiding and briefing internal project teams (Strategy, Creative, Production) alongside external service providers and partners.
• Designing, managing, and executing sponsorship projects, campaigns, and activations through all stages (from concept to delivery).
• Serving as the main point of contact for clients from the initial briefing to creative development and final production across all traditional and digital media.
• Planning, coordinating, and operationally managing intricate project setups, including scheduling, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Responsible for budgeting, which includes cost estimation, cost management, and negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress, ensuring quality management, and actively managing information and feedback within the team.
• Preparing and delivering presentations, pitches, and workshops for both internal and external audiences.
• Collaborating strategically and conceptually with Strategy and Creative teams to generate impactful sports and brand ideas.
• Identifying opportunities for growth and development within existing client relationships.
• Ensuring efficient processes and continuously optimizing workflows and project structures.
• Several years of experience in account management, project management, or a similar role within an agency setting, preferably with a focus on sports, sponsorship, or integrated brand communication.
• Strong comprehension of sports ecosystems, brand partnerships, and sponsorship dynamics.
• Proven experience in managing complex, international projects and multi-stakeholder settings.
• Excellent organizational skills along with a structured, solution-focused approach to work.
• Strong communication abilities, confident demeanor, and exceptional presentation skills.
• Solid background in budget planning, cost estimation, scheduling, and project management.
• Operational knowledge of both traditional and digital media, along with basic production expertise (e.g., TV or content production) is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation software.
• Native-level German and proficient English for collaboration in international teams.
• High degree of ownership and a proactive mindset.
• Strong passion for sports, culture, trends, brands, and creative communication.
