This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with current customers, ensuring exceptional satisfaction while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Formulate and implement account strategies that align with your sales objectives and the business goals of your customers.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of your accounts to ensure the smooth delivery of services and solutions.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with Presidio’s technology collaborators, including AWS, Microsoft, and Cisco, to devise joint go-to-market strategies that provide value to your clients.
• Achieve or surpass your designated revenue goals and customer engagement targets through proactive relationship management and a consultative approach to selling.
• 3-5 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally within the technology sector.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals, with an emphasis on customer retention and new business growth.
• Strong operational capabilities: Proficient in managing multiple accounts with an emphasis on efficiency, forecasting, and tracking account health.
• At least 3 years of experience in technology sales specifically within the public sector.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related discipline.
