This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.
β’ Manage key accounts in Peru comprehensively, ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives, fostering long-term relationships, and identifying growth opportunities.
β’ Design, implement, and monitor the local commercial plan in alignment with the regional strategy and business objectives.
β’ Drive greater penetration of the portfolio among existing clients, promoting organic growth and expanding market share.
β’ Identify, assess, and develop new business opportunities and applications, contributing to the sustainable expansion of operations.
β’ Consolidate and strengthen business relationships with strategic clients, ensuring closeness, trust, and value generation.
β’ Conduct regular commercial visits and provide technical-commercial follow-up to ensure appropriate client attention and effective opportunity management.
β’ Lead commercial negotiation processes and contract closures, ensuring competitive and sustainable conditions for the company.
β’ Monitor and analyze the market, competition, and industry trends to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic actions.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in B2B commercial roles.
β’ Experience in raw materials, chemical industry, plastics, or paints, key account management, and business development.
β’ Knowledge of the plastics, paints, and mortars market (desirable); industrial B2B commercial management, CRM, and commercial tools.
β’ Intermediate to advanced English (desirable).
