Senior Account Manager, Promotional Medical Education

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Supervise projects within a vertical account team to guarantee quality and ensure continuity.

• Direct high-profile projects from the client to the project manager.

• Serve as the internal client by conveying client expectations to the cross-functional team.

• Provide billing information and budget status updates to clients upon request.

• Foster strategic partnerships with clients by leveraging knowledge of their products and objectives.

• Create and manage project creative briefs as well as client scope statements.

• Monitor and address project-related risks and issues in collaboration with the project manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent is required.

• 3-4 years of experience in team leadership is mandatory.

• 3-4 years of experience in client/customer management is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical sales/marketing is preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in strategic planning is preferred.

• Leadership experience in a corporate, marketing, or life sciences setting is preferred.

• Project management experience is preferred.
