This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.
• Engaging in the retention of renewal business
• Collaborating with producers to prepare specifications, applications, underwriting data, and related information for marketing insurance products
• Analyzing current policies and offering recommendations on placement options
• Using coverage checklists and a network of industry contacts to identify suitable coverage and premiums
• Supporting document issuance, data entry, and coverage approvals for advertising, television, feature films, documentaries, and special event liability insurance programs
• Ensuring clients maintain continuous and appropriate coverage, while advising them of any recommendations within a mutually agreed timeline
• Developing and sustaining positive and effective relationships with internal and external customers by consistently meeting and exceeding expectations
• Utilizing knowledge and expertise in commercial entertainment insurance to actively manage existing accounts and cultivate new business prospects
• Promoting a culture of personal accountability by accurately maintaining system records of service, marketing, and policy communications with clients and carriers in AMS
• Fostering professional relationships through personal client meetings and regular client communication
• 3-5 years of experience in Commercial Lines client management
• Valid Property & Casualty brokers’ license for the state
• College degree is preferred
• Proficient in insurance agency management systems, with a preference for AMS 360 and Work Smart
• In-depth knowledge of Commercial Lines underwriting, coverage, rate analysis/procedures, and experience reporting
