This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage sales growth for a specific poultry product line.
• Collaborate with producers and distributors/dealers to promote the products.
• Enhance revenue from current accounts and develop new business through industry relationships.
• Serve as the account manager for assigned accounts and lead account teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Meet growth plan objectives concerning sales and profitability for assigned accounts.
• Operate within a designated geographic territory, subject to change based on company requirements.
• Work alongside a technical counterpart and product specialist on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, benefits, research, competitive differentiation, and target customers.
• Attain sales targets and manage budgets for assigned accounts.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans.
• Recognize customer needs and suggest Ralco solutions.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with distributors, producers, and key stakeholders.
• Deliver training and product demonstrations for distributors and end users.
• Record customer interactions and account activities in Salesforce.
• Keep precise CRM account records and contribute to process enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams regarding pricing, programs, and distribution.
• Engage in trade shows, meetings, and industry events.
• Address customer issues and support product development initiatives.
• Maintain a professional appearance and vehicle.
• Seek ongoing professional development under the guidance of a supervisor.
• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Poultry Science, Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required.
• Must reside within the western United States territory.
• Regular weekly travel is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a proven ability to build relationships.
• Strong strategic thinking and sales planning capabilities.
• Proficient in CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.
• Good understanding of animal health products and industry trends.
• Ability to analyze data and apply insights to enhance sales strategies.
• Technologically proficient and adaptable.

• Capability to maintain a professional presence and vehicle.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• Experience in the poultry industry selling value-added products.
