This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee and expand a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as the main point of contact for customer engagements.
• Create and implement strategic account plans aimed at driving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, comprehending their business requirements and offering customized solutions.
• Discover new business opportunities within current accounts and partner with cross-functional teams to provide value-added solutions.
• Facilitate contract negotiations and guarantee customer satisfaction through efficient account management.
• Track market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to pinpoint improvement areas and promote ongoing growth.
• At least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, with a solid track record of overseeing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Competence in building and sustaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset and adept problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Honeywell’s Legacy Process Automation solution suite.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and meeting sales objectives.
• Strong business acumen and insight into market dynamics.
